Autumnleaf sat near the canyon. This was one of her favorite places to come and be alone. She peered through the mist coming off the raging river. The river was much higher today, it had been raining a lot lately.
"When will it start to snow?" Autumnleaf wondered aloud. Everyone could feel Leafbare coming, it was only a matter of time before Autumnleaf's favorite season was here.

Sitting near the canyon, Autumnleaf unstraped her keyboard from her back. The simplicity of Autumn's tune was very obviouse, the range of notes used was very small. The piece she plaued was one she composed herself. Then Autumn began to sing, the only song she ever wrote was all in her head, just waiting to be sung, so she began to sing.
'one day I will find you, one day you'll be there one day I will see you and you'll be standing there.
it wasn't long before I knew that I needed someone in my life in my life, to be there just for me.
one day I will find you, one day you'll be there one day I will see you and you'll be standing there.
I hope to find you soon, soon enough to see what I'm ment to do what I'm ment to be
lost in this world of fate standing still I can't wait to one day find you standing there standing there'
Autumnleaf sung the song over and over again, each time she began to sing it louder.

It wasn’t long before Oakshadow was relieved of his watch duties. Thankful to be able to move around once more, he set out on a hike up the mountainside; he would make his way to Steep Canyon and hang out there for a while. As he walked, however, he began to hear a strange sound… almost… musical. His interest perked, his meandering turned to a quick jog and soon he found himself sprinting though the rain, frantic to find the source of the pretty melody. Taking a deep breath he peeked around the large oak tree separating him from the source of music. The lyrics, though a tad redundant, were simple and sweet, something a love struck girl would have written, or perhaps something a doting mother would sing to her children. “Nice song.” He commented his voice deep, and sincere, a rare thing for the warrior.

"Oh, hello," Autumnleaf stopped her song abruptly. Then she continued, with out the singing though. "Thank you, i wrote the song myself." Autumn told the neko befor her. A cold wind chilled the air, it seemed like there would defantly be a blanket of snow on the ground by morning, even though it was still raining out.

He nodded “Ah.” A simple answer for the short response he received from the red-headed girl. He stepped forward, instantly regretting the decision but he couldn’t very well step back without looking like a fool. Shivering slightly giving his head a good shake so his messy forest-green hair would fall into place and his bandana-like cap would shrug down, so his forehead would be slightly warmer. The sky gave a loud crack of thunder causing him to jump ever so slightly, the rain pelted down from the sky, freezing so it created a sort of collective slush on the ground. “Would you care to return to camp? I have a feeling that it’s going to start snowing soon.”

"I think I'll stay out for a bit," Autumnleaf said. She didn't like how everyone expected for leaf fall to be her favorite season, because of her name. Autumn sighed, right now she wasn't herself, she wasn't in the mood to be friendly, or happy, but when she got back to camp she would need to be.

He nodded, the brief shake causing tiny frozen flakes of snow to fall out of his mossy- green hair. “If you’re certain… I shall leave you to your work.” And with a bow, Oakshadow excused himself from the song-writing girl. It was clear that she wanted to work, and she needed space to concentrate. However, he stopped nearly thirty paces out and climbed into the low limbs of the nearest evergreen tree, settling comfortably into the somewhat sticky-from-sap limbs. From here he could hear the sweet melody echoing softly from the female Terraclan warriors’ keyboard and not have to hover uncomfortably close to the girl. After a few moments of gentle quiet, he began to doze off, the heavy feeling of sleep engulfing him.

Autumnleaf nodded, and continued to play. The song slowly changed into a very sad and depressing one. Now Autumn was just improvising and letting her mood determine the song that flowed from the keyboard.
